Environmental destruction and climate change are the source of the most important threats to human health, access to vital resources and basic human rights. Social work as a profession rooted in human rights and social justice can play an important role in human rights and social and environmental justice issues. From this point of view, during the last few decades outside of Iran, a change of discourse in social work has taken place and social workers have presented significant works and activities in both theoretical and practical fields in relation to the environment and sustainable development. In this study, with the aim of understanding the extent and nature of social work literature in relation to environmental issues and sustainable development in the field of theorizing and practical interventions, the important works of this field between 2000 and 2023 were systematically reviewed. The data of these articles were extracted in two parts: theoretical approaches and practical interventions of social work in environmental issues and sustainable development. Various conceptualizations and approaches, such as eco social approach, green social work, deep ecological work, and the like, show conceptual inflation in the epistemological field of the relationship between social work and the environment. In the methodological field, social workers, with regard to environmental issues and sustainable development, directly or indirectly carry out activities such as promoting environmental justice, developing social and technical infrastructure, assessing social impacts, participating and organizing people, educating and raising environmental awareness and literacy have been carried out.

r, there is not a sufficiently deep understanding of the social issues caused by earthquakes; Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the social issues that arose during the return to life after the November 2017 earthquake in the city of Sarpol-e Zahab. The research is qualitative and content analysis method has been used to conduct research operations. The study population consisted of earthquake victims and urban social experts in the Sarpol-e-Zahab earthquake. Sampling was theoretical and was performed using targeted strategies and snowballs. Based on this, 48 interviews were conducted with earthquake victims and social experts. Data were collected using semi-structured in-depth interviews and context-based analysis with the systematic strategy of Strauss and Corbin. This qualitative study categorizes the two main categories of social vulnerability (a priori social problems, lack of sensitivity to vulnerable groups, neglect of social rehabilitation, vulnerability due to loss of property and assets, influx of non-natives) and Forgetfulness and abandonment Examining the sub-categories (unfinished housing, incompatibility of housing reconstruction with local culture and lack of priority for job creation, which has led to delays in returning to normal life. According to the results of the study, social issues are hidden in the layers of social life. It occurs after the earthquake and is less considered in post-earthquake programs and studies. Therefore, policy makers and social planners should develop a comprehensive plan that considers these hidden issues and the process of returning to life. Facilitate normalization after an earthquake.

The elderly are one of the target groups of social workers. The experience of aging, from the point of view of the elderly, on the one hand reveals the facts that are hidden to us and on the other hand provides us with a deep, inclusive and meaningful understanding of the socio-cultural status of aging in society. On this basis, a deeper understanding of the issues and needs and challenges that the elderly face is essential to adopt and develop appropriate programs to achieve dynamic and health-centric agingThis study is a qualitative study using phenomenological approach to study the life experience of elderly people in Isfahan. The sample was saturated in the target-based theoretical sampling method in 20 cases and then no new data were obtained, thus, by the logic of qualitative research sampling, the same number was sufficient, until a semi-structured interview was conducted.Interview data were analyzed using Phenomenological method in Colaizzi method. According to the findings of this study, the problems, needs and harms of old age perceived by the elderly in four physical, economic, emotional and emotional contexts (disrespect and disregard for the elderly, feelings of loneliness and exclusion, deprivation of children and social domination) and social (Lack of familiarity with modern space and curiosity, the problem of leisure time), as well as the perception of the elderly of these times, were identified in two categories: the feeling of dissatisfaction and appreciation (majority narrative) and the feeling of non-biological satisfaction in aging (narrative of the elderly).

Child labour is one of the most important social harm in the world. Many children are working in exploitative conditions and are exploited. In Iran, policies and interventions to eliminate child labour have not been very effective so far. Therefore, considering the diversity and extent of child labour and injuries caused by forced labour on them, the present study has tried to identify the types of child labour in Tehran, categories and occupations of child exploitation and identify the issues and consequences of each type of labour for children; so that through proper knowledge, we can help plan the necessary measures for any child job in order to reduce and eliminate child labour. A qualitative study has used in this research. We used semi-structured, in-depth interviews with 15 key informants in the field of child labour to gather the data. Also, we studied documents which were sampling done intentionally and theoretically. A thematic analysis was used in this study and finally, we reached seven main themes: Workshop work, Peddling, Street services, Barbage gathering, Begging, House working and Delinquencies. In conclusion, results try to get a realistic cognition of child labour based on a holistic approach. Abstract: For various reasons, the delay in marriage (whether based on social norms or on the basis of self-perceptions) has become a living experience for some girls and boys, but due to the biological differences and cultural coordinates of the Iranian community, this may create a different situation for girls. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to study the life experiences of girls facing marriage delays and strategies for dealing with them. This study has adopted a qualitative methodology, using deep and semi-structured interviews for data collection and a thematic analysis method for analyzing the data. To this end, interviews with 20 girls aged over 30 living in the city of Karaj were carried out and theoretical saturation was obtained. The research findings are described in two main aspects of life experiences and typology of exposure strategies. The results of the research indicate that girls are in conflict with tradition and modernity. On the one hand, with the adoption of modern values, their marriage age has increased and on the other hand, the traditional Iranian society does not recognize these cultural and value changes, which has caused problems for girls and has given them the experience of social pressure due to their delay in marriage. The present study investigates the effectiveness of interventions in the field of addiction and identifies the most effective interventions with the social worker approach. This research has been carried out with the meta-analysis method. The statistical population consisted of all researches conducted in the field of drug addiction (printed and valid) over the past decade (1967-2008), which has been used by scientific sources such as the "specialized journals of light", the "Scientific Information Center of Jihad University," "Portal of the Humanities Society". According to the entry criteria, 66 studies were selected and examined, and CMA2 software was used to obtain the effect size. The results showed that interventions with the cognitive-behavioral method (-0.55) with the most significant effect size had the most effect on addiction treatment. Also, the treatment group with effect size (0.52) is high according to theoretical standards. Metacognitive therapy and other therapy and music therapy with effect size (0.31) and (0.20) are moderate. Finally, the interventions performed with the matrix pattern, reality therapy, and behavioral therapy with the effect sizes (-0.16), (0.24), and (-0.19) were lower than the moderate and low levels. The results also show that cognitive-behavioral intervention has been influential in the areas of reducing psychological disorders (0.41), improving quality of life (0.67), reducing cravings, and preventing recurrence (0.50), promoting mental health and its dimensions (0.51). Eventually, we suggest that therapists intervene based on a methodological and scientific model based on education, learning, empowerment, and follow-up to provide the best psycho-social approach to addiction treatment.

The latter variable is job stress with the value of –0.382. In total, sixty percentage of variable variance determines the amount of occupational burnout. According the findings, it can be concluded that there is a direct relationship between the bureaucratic atmosphere of the organization and the occupational burnout.
